What we collect
We collect the contact details, qualification answers, vehicle and claim facts, notes, and files you choose to submit. Do not send medical records, full insurance policies, payment-card details, or a driver’s license.
How we use it
We use your information only to screen the case, ask follow-up questions, research market evidence, prepare a report if you buy one, deliver the work, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and access
Submitted files are kept in private cloud storage and are available only through Donut’s authorized reviewer screen. A small number of service providers host the site, database, and files for us.
Payment information
Qualified customers pay through Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe receives and processes payment-card details; Donut does not receive or store the full card number. We retain the checkout reference, amount, currency, and payment status needed to reconcile the case.
Keeping or deleting a case
Retention and deletion requests are handled by Donut’s authorized team. We keep a case only while it is needed for review, delivery, and basic business records. You may ask us to delete an open case; legal or accounting obligations may require us to keep limited records.
